Compared to earlier versions of this FAQ, this section shrunk a lot. This is because the listing is now limited to those vendors that are willing and capable to sell Linux/Alpha boxes both in large and small quantities, and will be willing to accept credit card orders or checks as well as Purchase Orders. You can expect that these companies have at least heard the word "Linux" before and that they sell at least one type of Linux-capable systems.
